Catholic Candy Girl

I was with it completely until her "OH, YUM!"-like facial expression at the end.  I didn't buy it.  And I wonder what meanings I'm missing, having never, not in all my years of attending mass, never tasted a communion wafer.  Do they taste just like candycorn?  Is that something everyone realizes at first communion?  OH!  This thing tastes just like candycorn!  Sure, I'll be a Catholic.  I LOVE CANDY!  Or, is candycorn symbolic of Halloween, and, therefore, Satanism?  It this girl simply addicted to all food articles of all religions?  Help me understand.
